Biography:
Dr. Marks is Associate Professor of Marketing. He has wide ranging research interests in the area of consumer behavior and advertising effects, having investigated the effects of context, presentation order, puffery, country-of-origin claims, and repetition of advertising on consumers' processing of advertising. He has also worked with Dr. Michael Mayo on the development and testing of models of marketing ethics and consumer ethical decision making.
