Chronicle of Higer Education: the source for all of your needs in terms of what is happening in higher education today--consider it sort of both the "New York Times" and the "National Enquirer" of higher education. A must for all seriously interested academics, students wanting to enter professional teaching and administrators.
The Atlantic Magazine: the venerable literary magazine that continues to produce great writing, commentary on politics and society, and always interesting moments of expose.
