On 22 July, 2003, after a week of heavy rains, parts of the city of Hudson, Ohio, flooded, killing 2 people. Babar Muhammad has been developing a hydrologic model of the flooding, and hopes to use the model to assess ways the city might reduce the threat of future floods.
