Fiesta is a dinnerware line by the Homer Laughlin China Company.  The glaze on the orange-red pieces contains uranium oxide.  In 1943 the orange-red color was discontinued when the government took control of the uranium oxide because of the war and the Manhattan project.  The color was reintroduced in 1959 and was in production until 1972.
