In 1958, he moved to Director, Technical information division, AEC 1958. At NASA, he was Deputy director, Office of technical information and education, 1960. First director, Technical information division 1962; Deputy assistant administrator for Technology Utilization 1966; Head, Office of science information service, NSF 1971; 1972 transferred to NLM, became deputy director; Director of NTIS; Currently employed with Globenet Inc. in Alexandria, VA. |
