The biographical and historical information on the individuals and organizations included in the listing has been compiled from limited secondary sources and should be considered mostly incomplete at the present time. This information is included here only for general identification purposes. Compilation of complete biographical information was not a major objective of the project. The individuals and organizations listed here are limited to North America. We recognize that Information Science is an international field of study but project funding was not available to extend the project beyond North America. We hope that future efforts will enable us (or others) to extend this work internationally.
