Abdulhakeem O. Mohammed
PhD in Computer Science
I am currently a
lecturer at the Computer Science Department and a
Director of Registrar's Office at the University of Zakho.
I received my Ph.D. from
Kent State University on August 2019.
Previusoly, I received MSc in Computer Science from the University of Zakho on 2011 and BSc from University of Duhok on 2006.
I was a chair of Computer Science Department at the University of Zakho from 2011 to 2013. On Jan 2013, I received a PhD scholarship
under the HCDP program by KRG to study abroad. On 2014, I joined Kent State University as a PhD student and worked as a graduate assistant
and software developer at the Information Technology / Systems Development and Innovations department. From August 2017 to May 2019, I was
an assistant teaching at the Computer Science Department / Kent State University.
I have taught on many courses, particularly Discrete Structures for Computer Science and Capstone Project at Kent state University,
Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Programming, and Web Programming at the University of Zakho.
My research interests are design and analysis of algorithms, graph theory, algorithmic graph, approxmation algorithms,
algorithms for huge scale networks and data analysis.
