Individual Assessment

Sam: Sam was one of our best players in all of our invasion games. Her best game I believe was Ultimate Frisbee. She was very good at passing and receiving the Frisbee. All of her passes were pretty much right on target but she also had some floaters and passes that hit the ground. Sam also does good on guarding people. She is a very active person and is able to keep up with anyone. Sometimes she would pay more attention to the ball or Frisbee and wouldn’t be on the person she was guarding, but when she noticed the person going for the open space she would get right back on them. The best thing I seen Sam do was at making decisions. All of her decision making was perfect in my book. She knew when to pass it and when shoot.

John: John was another one of our best players on our team. His best game by far was basketball. He was our best scorer in basketball and was our go to guy if we needed points. He could make any shot even the three point shots. Also Johns guarding was very good as well. Like Sam though, he too could also get a little side tracked but would still be able to get right back on his person. John also had some stuffs in basketball which really helped out our team. His decision making was pretty good as well which made him a good all around player. He knew when to pass and when to shoot. The only thing bad about his decision making was that he kind of tried to make shots that were hard and there was another person that was open to make a shot.

Kevin: Kevin was an average player on our team. His size was very helpful in basketball, football, and Frisbee. The only thing bad about Kevin is his skill execution was OK. He made shots and had good passes but he also had some interceptions and some missed shots on the basketball court. His size really came into play during basketball and was the perfect person for our team to be in the key. He was always in the key or close to the basket when people would drive the to the hoop. He had quite a bit of blocks during basketball but in football and Frisbee, he would sometimes let people get open and be able to make a catch. Kevin’s decision making was also pretty good as well. He knew when to pass, shoot, and throw the ball to the open receiver. His only bad decisions came when we played football. He would like to go deep more and throw into coverage when someone would be open down below. But overall he did pretty well.

Nate: Nate was another average player on our team. He too also had a good size which was good for basketball, but he also did really well in soccer. His skill execution was good in basketball but he still had some balls that wouldn’t drop in the hoop and for soccer he made some good goals, but he also had some balls that would sail high above the goal. Like Kevin, Nate’s guarding was good. He too would be in and around the key and would be able to block opponents shots. In soccer he was on his opponent and would be able to get a steal from them, but on the flip side he would try and go for a steal and miss and let the person open for a shot at the goal. His decision making was good as well. He knew what shots he could take during basketball and soccer. The only bad decisions were like I said before he would try and go for steals too much and would miss and let the person open for a shot.

Ryan: Ryan was a player that was just a little bit more than an average player. His speed and quickness was very helpful for our team. His best performances came from Ultimate Frisbee, football, and soccer. Every pass that was thrown to Ryan in football and Frisbee he caught. The only semi bad skill execution he had was in soccer. He would make goals but he also would have those sailors that would fly above and off to the side of the goal. Ryan did a good job on guarding but the only during basketball he would give a little bit to much space to his opponent and with his size he needs to be right up on his opponent. His best came with his decision making. He knew exactly when to pass and be able to get open to receive a pass. In times during game play when no one was open he would be the one to always get open and be able to receive the ball.
