About the Author: Nick Hershey

I hope you all, whether you are gamers or not, have learned something from, or have enjoyed my first attempt at building a website from scratch!

My name is Nick Hershey, but most people call me Hersh. I have played video games for my entire life and I have loved gaming from day one! Each one of these games detailed in this site are games that I have played. I have seen all the violence, blood and gore that they have to offer, yet here I am, a well-to-do college student with great grades just trying build a website on a topic that I feel strongly about.

To anyone that thinks that video games are harmful, look at my little autobiography there and you'll know that it isn't the game that causes the trouble, but the player. Gamers like myself must be responsible when we need to be. Sure, the video game industry has done what it could with ESRB to ensure our safety and parents always know what's best for kids, but ultimately, the biggest responsibility lies on us as gamers to properly enjoy the games that we buy. Remember my fellow gamers, to quote the first Spider-Man movie, "With great power comes great responsibility."
