In 2016, the New York City-based Developer, Somera Road, interviewed all competitors and awarded Anchor Cleveland this premier shopping center development listing in Strongsville, Ohio. Working with the team at Somera, the logo mark for the shopping center was developed. Royalton Collection was the first major regional trade area shopping center to be built post the recession in Northeastern Ohio and as such we wanted that strength conveyed in the logo mark. Once approved, all marketing materials, renderings, environmental signage and photography were then developed in conjunction with the final logo. Also Included is a drone video which was worked on in conjunction with both Somera Road and Loomis Companies.
